Yes, that's one of the (many) things the poll reported.

Also stated was that poll ratings for RECENT Presidents are very fluid and jumpy --- only settling down into a stolid and relatively unchanging 'judgment of history' sort of consistent ranking after a fairly LONG period of time has passed after their Presidencies.

(Thus... ranking for recent Presidents are --- by nature --- not yet very reliable... and, as illustrated with the Reagan example, where his poll numbers bounced all around during his Presidency, and as extended to the Obama example, the ranking for CURRENT PRESIDENTS are the most fluid of all.)
