How many 'Presidential Scholars' can there be alive at any one time????????? (I assume that anyone who's ever written a book, or books, about US Presidents probably qualifies for the list... then possibly noted Professors at major universities who have made careers out of teaching history courses about the lives of US Presidents, etc. '218' sounds like it might about cover it, can't be all that many.....)
