Amazing, you claim there are national "oil allotments", when I point out there aren't, you admit it and call me an idiot. Then you proceed to make up another version of the same lie. all nations have commitments to buy or sell their products....I say that India gave theirs in exchange for nukes.... Back up the claim that India gave up any commitments of any sort. I challenge you. fine for us since Bush didn't have to fight the environmental fight and he would also keep the oil guys happy. That doesn't make any sense either. What "environmental fight" would be avoided by having India surrender their commitments to buy oil? How would it make "the oil guys happy"? What oil guys? Why would they be happy because India was presumably going to use less oil? You have anything that says I'm wrong???? LOL IOW you can make up any ludricious story and its right unless I can PROVE it wrong.
