Kumar: Given the market these days is driven purely based on emotion rather than logical thinking and fundamentals, I agree with you that not too many people want to buy (not only ASND) but many of the high tech stocks. But fundamentally and logically thinking and setting aside the emotions, you will realize that this is the best time to buy! I guess this is where the notion of buy low, sell high comes to play. If everyone was buying then you can no longer buy low ! In the final analysis it will be the bottom line earnings and revenue growth that will drive the price of a company's stock. I believe ASND (along with practically every other high tech stock that has been beaten down badly in this idiotic sell off - fromm Segate, to COMS, to SUNW, to LSI, etc.) will have huge revenue and earnings growth - perhaps not tomorrow, but 6-8 motnhs from now. As far as buying more of ASND, I just bought more at $23.75 this morning, and will be buying if we drop to the $20 also. Remember the fundamental concept of buy low, sell high when it comes to buying sound/solid companies, dicates to buy when everyone else is selling and no longer wants the stock, and sell when the whole world wants to have a piece of it! For me unfortunately that entered the stock at $46.5 (when still the whole world wanted a part of it), and then at $40 and $32 and some change, I am averaging down at these levels which obviously less people want to own the stock thann there were when the stock was at $32! And who knows maybe this is still too early to buy, but I am doing it now purely based on fundamental outlook of the company. Regards, Addi Jamshidi
