He is claiming that Brinker gave a 100% sell signal. Of course I wouldn't want to be critical of your site but perhaps the comments there aren't the most accurate source of information. Looks like Bob nailed this going from saying dollar cost averaging new money in to all out buy right near the correction bottom. I vaguely referred to the change here as soon as I saw it online in the newsletter to give others a heads up and gave a little more detail a bit after that while trying not to step on Bob's copyrighted info.
