And right now, we are doing it blindly."" Because, you know, making such decisions based on a gut feeling has such a marvelous track record. The fact of the matter is that health care gets rationed right now, as he correctly points out. But, outside of Medicare, what gets approved or not is done by bean counters at the insurance company.
