There are no real crimes, you need to calm down. Obama started a new war or escalated the old one to play a political card which belonged to Bush. His anti-terrorist effort popularity. "Iraq was not about terrorists, we will catch them now!" That's the card. That was really stupid, in my opinion. And more American lives will be lost, more stupid spending. I don't think there is any looting involved in this case, just a really stupid political game, that's all. 911 is now a distant memory, Bush's popularity card won't work, and more lives will be lost. He thought it would be necessary to end Iraq nightmare. I doubt it. Americans are pissed, as they should be.
