indeed. and as a letter to mobile paper said this morning: stop complaining, condo & hotel owners. you wrecked our barriers with your building. anyways... to reach a young one like the young lady selling lemonade and others like her... that this has been happening for decades, but now it is right up in our faces. oh, and some passing folks care right now but they won't when this is done. but it is up to us. let's take our gulf back. going to the gulf is the main vacation thing people here do. it's not just the fisherfolk. or the dead pelicans. it's a part of all of us here. I sure don't count on Rachel to study the history of destruction that the nation has benefited from, nor to be around when the excitement of a big spill and a BP to hate is over. maybe she'll surprise us and see the long term project and the good of it, more likely she will return to laughing at crackers (neglecting to realize unlike her MA home, we almost a third black here and when Alabama hurts, it ain't just repub bakards crackers who hurt). I'd even be okay with her spending some precious fuel if she visited Greene County here. won't hold my breath, though.
