James,

If the report is accurate, do you think that this possible sale will have an impact?

I ask only because I sold a position in INTCW during Aug 1996 after several Intel officers, including Andy Grove, filed to sell a comparable number of shares.

I no longer use insider selling as an important tool for investment decisions.

Michael

Hello James, after monitoring INTC for the last few weeks and since its big fall from the mid 90's, I believe that INTC is looking like a bargain and that it could very well approach $86 - $88 over the next few weeks to fill the many GAPS left behind in the recent turmoil.
As INTC was trading in the $90 - $100 range a few weeks ago, I believe that this time around, we could be trading in the $70 - $85 for a while and until things become clear.

For traders, INTC is a goldmine as is MSFT which seems to be trading in the $125 - $135 range.
