I just went thru the speech text lesuirely. I am not a metallurgist.
However as a layman would understand it, definitely Mr Yakobson sounds
very honest and matter-of-fact guy.

As he pointed out, several key factors indicate they are in the right track ---- using iron as a catalyst, so as not to infringe on other's catalyst patent rights; iron being more of a public product. Choosing slurry reacter rather than fixed bed for its advantage etc.

Finally the consummation of deal with Texaco sounds very distinct possibility. RNTK technology has already won 7 patents and it looks like in this industry, the technology breakthru's have high premiums for simple reason of thin-line of patent infringment. Texaco's participation in equity sounds possible as well; may be future takeover target (?).

All in all, he has several bullet points and seem to talk from a very firm & proven technology ground.

In short RNTK future looks promising. If Texaco moves in fast (if they want to get their hands on those 7 patents and this is the key), we will be definitely in for a ride.
