but it is hard to steal your wealth from you when it is in your home. that might not seem like much now, but i think it will in the fullness of time.

if your house becomes absurdly under valued - buy one just like it and rent it out.

Mine too. Around 60% of it's peak bubble value and falling....along with all of the rest of houses in Phoenix.
