Yeah,Ryan! It's discouraging.

the irony is that downward spiraling Canadian
firms crank out pretty good P.R. copy that sucks
in unwary investors. What is it with the entrepreneurs
starting companies like Corel and Warp? Do they
start believing their own B.S. and forget everything
they ever knew about business management? Or is it
that good business management isn't being taught in
Canada at the practical level. I think this isn't
just a problem in Canada. The same thing happens to
a lot of U.S. entrepreneurs, too.

A Calfornia venture capitalist once told me that he can
tell that he is giving too much money to an enterprise
when the entrepreneur has a tan in the winter and goes
skiing in the summer.

>>>NEVER BUY CANADIAN STOCKS.<<<

I tend to agree with you there, especially when it come to fishy companies like Warp 10. I have been watching ATY.TO - ATI Technologies and they seem to be doing fairly well. They manufacture video cards for PC's, have a nice web site, well-designed products.
