Steven,

Well, I guess I've been flamed. But I'm not sure why.

You suggest I should stop posting articles including information "everyone knows."

Is that true? In the recent past I have posted articles (not my own opinions) about things that have been major concerns on this thread:

---Why Asian currency problems will probably not affect tech stocks as much as was at first feared.

---Why companies with chip fab's must convert to higher detail manufacturing to remain competitive.

---How .25 micron architecture chips are vital to the greater success of whole new product lines.

---How Gordan Moore himself is worried about stepper tech only past .18---and that is years away---meaning Cymer is not to be threatened by EUV for a long time.

---How the adoption of .25 architecture is somewhat responsible for the recent turmoil in the chip fab market (turmoil which is good for Cymer, of course).

Etc. etc.

There are plenty of people on this thread who focus their energies on moment to moment Cymer share price fluctuations, and the stock's technical behavior. That's fine---maybe they're traders.

I however am a long term fundamentals investor. I read about 35 net publications a day. If I find anything that concerns Cymer's business prospects, I post it to this thread. I do this mostly for other LT investors with a long term outlook, who are wondering if the background industry fundamentals have changed recently. Furthermore for those----and this is important----considering becoming LT investors in Cymer. Don't forget, until we get more people liking and buying CYMI, the price isn't going anywhere.

But, I'll make you a deal---if I get more responses like yours, saying that I shouldn't post fundamental background articles to this (for me at least highly valuable) thread, I'll stop. No skin off my nose.

Best regards,

PD
