I have a Texas Eastern pipeline that runs across my property. Never thought about it before, but maybe I should buy some Spectra Energy, their owner. spectraenergy.com Made a little money on it when they put some kind of pressurizer schmessurizer ( technical term ) in my pasture. Was kind of like when the state put in a new bridge and widened the intersection. You can take the offer or try it in court. Jim might know what it was they put in. I know it was very loudly blowing off over there for a while.
