As predicted by several on this very thread as well as lot of others.

My family has been in the fast food business since the early 60s, I grew up working in these businesses and cut my teeth as a young CPA doing accounting for them. And I'm telling you a fast food joint does not have this kind of profit margin. It just isn't there, particularly with out-of-control minimum wage laws that are in place today.

These are the "unintended consequences" of gross incompetence in leadership. As they say, elections have consequences.

I always disliked when my employer tried to get involved with my insurances or retirement payment. There was usually always a catch, like inefficiency, getting less choice or something else. Your post seems to indicate, that many Americans like that the employers provide health care insurances instead of paying the money to let people get a health care insurance of their own choice. Is that correctly understood?
