How confident are you that a flawed argument won't carry the day? Since the GM bondholders got left high and dry and the dismissal of the Black Panther voting rights case I question the safe guards. How independent are the courts or the specific court where this will be heard?

I'd certainly like to see Arizona win this one! But... Grimm seemed to be focusing on this section when he made his judgement:

it talks about the preemption doctrine, the supremacy clause.
