but they paid Billions in taxes to other countries. Maybe corp tax rates should be lower, better to get some tax revs vs zero...but the lib brain doesn't work that way.

This spring, 29 miners were killed in an underground explosion at a Massey mine in West Virginia.4

This is routine in the coal industry. Bottom line is they can't strip mine coal without discharges that violate EPA or local state environmental agencies regulations.
