Court rulings have been oscillating, unfavourable, favourable, now unfavourable, so what do you think the next one will be, hmm, better than even chances i'd say, this is not a coin toss where the odds stay the same each roll

We've had a lot to do with the local regional district board here, even more with another in the province, and i've seen one of the old estatal PRI machines up close and personal, there's not a huge amount of difference imho, save for style, language, specific concerns of specific individuals ... land tenure and usage involved in both, different on the surface but exactly the same at core - certain people holding power over other certain people, who don't like it ... probably you could take any situation in one country, and find parallels in any other
