Philly is still a very segregated city and both colors seem pretty content with that, just the way it is and has been for long time residents. If those panther clowns had set foot in Port Richmond or South Philly, for example, they would have been beaten to near death. Same would happen if some white assholes dressed up like Michael Jackson and hung out in the wrong part of town with sticks or without. They were hanging out off the street at an aparment bldg in a neighborhood with minimal foot traffic and where they knew they would be safe. I'm not sure what my point is, other than the only real significance of those assclowns is that it showed that they are punk cowards and that no amount of contempt for our justice department or government is enough. I don't really think they affected any voting outcomes.
