Darrell: Thanks for checking that out. You're the best! I wish all the kneejerk types would read this thread before dumping indiscriminately. I've already missed a chance to whip in and out and pick up a point today but since we're going down on not much volume, I'm hanging in.

<according to IOM this was Edwards option package pay for the year>

Darrell, I don't quite know what that means. I know all about executive options, but I missing something here. Doesn't Kim have some say when he sells his shares or not?. If he has say, then wouldn't you think this would be bad timing to sell just before Comdex.

I probably bought a few of his share this morning!

Roger

Darrell, thanks for checking. I suspected as much but I must join Roger in wondering about the timing issue. Selling on the eve of COMDEX is worrisome. Perhaps even more unfortunate is this sale being reported right on the heels of WD's problems. I'm a great believer in that "Only the paranoid survive" stuff, and will be virtually all cash over the weekend...unless, of course there's a
give-away going on just before closing. Maybe the remaining digits on the hands will be sporting a band-aid or two today. Michael
