All job growth during lost decade came from the government
sector. Don't forget that 150 million people live on a tiny
island (one of them mostly), so real estate was really
astronomical there compared to incomes. I don't think we can
call ours a bubble, all things in comparison.

They've got serious issues now, but rates stay low.
