I really think my "illegal" spotting skills, at least for men, are outstanding. I attribute this to my many trips to Mexico, plus living among Hispanics here. Some tells: 1. Does the Hispanic have the "weathered" look of a homeless man? 2. Is he wearing jeans and a long sleeve shirt on a very hot day? 3. Does he have a straw cowboy hat? 4. Is he wearing worn out cowboy boots? ..and there's attitude. Is he trying not to be noticed? If you stare at him, does he stare back, or look away? Illegals don't want to call attention to themselves.
