Still, even if $20 billion was all they got, it is much better than what they would have gotten under Senator Joe Barton's or Michelle Bachman's watch, where they would have had taxpayers pay for everything and apologize to BP for our Gulf interrupting their operations.

Total BS, they would not have made the government pay for anything but emergency cleanup, and then they would have asked BP to repay the government. Unlike Obama who stops every cleanup effort, won't allow foreign vessels to help, and demands that strippers return the water with less than 15 PPM of oil in the water, which is almost impossible for the amount of oil they must collect. Even several hundred, no thousands of PPM is better than letting ALL of the oil stay in the ocean.
