It's probably crap again. Presidential records are likely sealed by the secret service, so that nobody crazy enough blows up him or his friends. His life is definitely a matter of supreme national interest. However, I don't know the details. It seems these executive orders have been around for a long time. He probably didn't write them either. -g-

why not then just open the records and remove all doubt... Because Obama's master's want to increase the racial pressures to the point of widespread violence. They know that defiantly denying access to his birth certificate incenses millions, so the citizens are told, "You must obediently show your birth certificates upon demand. This point is non-negotiable where you are concerned. Your Black president and Latino illegals are exempt from this rule and you must accept it. Obama and Latino illegals are not required to possess or show their birth certificates. You shall NOT see their birth certificates nor shall you ask them to produce their birth certificates. Compliance is mandatory and non-negotiable! Submit! Obey!" They have the armed forces to defend anything they wish to do, regadless of the illegality of it. This is brutal oppression and tyranny.
