Yep, he promised jobs and change. There are no jobs and there is little change, there is a broken promises problem -g- I have to confess, at this stage of the crisis jobs and change are mutually exclusive. But, lacking economic education, he did not know that. So, he promised both and hired those who got us into this mess. Can't keep the promise. We are facing this economic crisis today because every US president before Obama rushed with stimulus measures to create jobs no matter what the long term consequences are. These consequences are now here, and Obama did exactly what the Presidents before him would have done, only now it's not working. There was no change. There is no real reform or real systemic reset. It will reset on it's own eventually, and that won't be pretty.
