Paul and E_K_S, glad you see some value in EGAS. As a general rule, I try not to recommend any stocks I hold unless I am willing to buy more myself.

Biggest problem I have with them is that their name has been East West Energy, then Energy Inc., and now Gas Natural Inc. lol!

Bought my first shares when the div. was .04. I have 1200 shares, 300 in my IRA.

Share numbers, adjusted for a three for two split in 2008, will still be very low. How many companies have less shares out than they did three years ago?

Gas sales should rise with all the new customers, and, at least to me, it appears their pipeline business has made earnings less erratic.

Volume Information
2009 2008 2007 2006
Utility Throughput - MMcf
Gas Sales 5,935 5,479 4,955 4,917
Gas Transportation 18,826 11,848 1,526 1,524
Diluted shares 4,313,098 4,316,244 4,484,073 4,422,069

Don't know where Yahoo gets their 41 million debt number at. Their 2009 annual report showed about 14 million.

As opposed to many, this company selling shares to raise capitol seems like a good idea at these levels, imho.

I like this thought from the annual report. It seems it should be about time.

Increased the monthly dividend from $.04 to $.045, consistent
with our commitment to share earnings improvements with
shareholders.
