Why are there three times as many posts a day on the housing crash board these days when we had perhaps a third of that 3-4 years ago?

Because most aren't about housing now, judging by the few folks there I don't have on Ignore by now.

I'm a little skeptical. I feel like this market has been rising on fumes and could retest the March 2009 lows. I hope you are right, though.
