Why can't the US army and Navy Engineers be called in the plug the oil leak? They could do it. But no, they will let become another Katrina and New Orleans. Philip Cousteau states that this oil will spread to the Islands and gulf steam and end up in the British Isles. Another US f*** up, big time. Somebody must be making money off this. It will go on till some can make money by stopping it. Another disgusting mess.
