You betcha I rarely meet people- aside from those in the right wing- who really hate unions. It's like meeting people who hate teachers and teacher's unions. The only people who see those as evil (necessary or otherwise) are the righties. The majority of the folks in this country like their schools, and they have little problem with the unions. That's not to say there are not high profile stories about fractious unions- but they are news stories because they are the exception, and not the rule.
