The point is that Israel maintains a security ruse in order to heist more lands. That is the main reason why Israel will not define its borders, it wants to continue to expand at the expense of legitimate landowners. As I told you before, the US could gurantee Israel's security. Israel refuses such a set-up not for altruistic reasons but because it does not want the Americans on the ground interferring in the land heist. Pure and simple. Peace is available, Israel continues to refuse peace and benefits from war - it gains more land.
