And sunspots are terrible if we judge them by the results of students across the country- why they've been an abject failure. Or perhaps we should judge parents. Or diet. Or maybe teachers just suck. It's not the unions, quehubo. It's a complex mess of immigrants and American citizens who don't necessarily value education, fractured families that cannot support their children's development, poor diet that increases health problems and inability to focus, too many video games and distracting technologies- like cell phones, and a host of other problems. But all you see are unions. Your "if" is ridiculous. It's simplistic and just silly. But it certainly shows us who you are politically speaking. Did you attend school in the US? Were your teachers all horrible because of teracher's unions? Poor you. I had excellent teachers, myself.
