Obama doesn't seem that "extreme" to me. You wrote more about your political persuasion than you know. We're in this MESS because of what happened PRIOR to the election of 2008. The way the Obama / Pelosi Administration reacted to the situation they inherited has way more to do with the mess we are in than anything that came before them.
