SO are you saying four more years of Carter's foreign policy mishaps would have brought down the Soviet Union? Most intelligent people would say that Carter's policies extended the life of the USSR and that PResident Reagan's shortened it.

I understand that people whose opinions are based on their emotions rather than reasoning will have a difficult time believing these conclusion based on the facts.
