Duane,

Even with the Dow off 193 points I can't find any bargains, can you?

E.G.

Duane,

<< David, When do you see that retest of the 18 level occurring.. (I happen to concur
and am looking to get options positions set). Do you see a reduction in capital
spending as a negative? >>

I would have expected a day like today to be a good day for LSI....for testing the lows, but as you can see LSI is performing well considering...

I initially took their 50% cap reduction as negative..as other stocks would normally do, but the market sees it as a positive...maybe in view of their underutilized advanced Fab and the SEA threat possibly now much less than originally perceived.

Also LSI is trying to base around these levels since it is doing quite well in a very down market.

Currently I hold no LSI equities(as of yesterday) and only have LSIAEs and bought some more this morning at 1 5/8(I have been acquiring since LSI was below 19 while dumping equities as it approached 25). I might start going long on LSI if it finishes strong today.

Newtows 3rd Law of Physics is in place. Maybe very positive on a down market.<g>

Good Luck Trading

DavidG

PS: BTW WELCOME BACK!!! LSI was floundering without you.

Duane,

I got carried away and forgot to answer your question.<g>
I don't believe LSI has to hit 18 but maybe come close....and that may mean 19, 20, 21... It would be very bullish if it took off from the higher number than the lower number.

Good Luck Trading
