I dunno. I try to think of what they could be telling Obama, and the best I can come up with is:

They need to be there to have troops near Pakistan to secure it's nukes. They want a domestic situation so they can base there.

Which is pretty thin.

It seems once you hand the army men to the military, it's damned hard to get them back!
