"The Behre Dohlbear report that you people are so anxiously awaiting WAS FINISHED IN MARCH OF THIS YEAR."

Now you are accusing IPM of withholding material information from its shareholders in violation of securities laws. What is the basis for this accusation, or is this more unfounded lies?

Chatters, you're so far off base I don't think you even know what company you're talking about.

BD didn't even start on this process verification until March/April of this year. Previously, they were working on an early version of IPM's leach process. When IPM announced in Dec of 1996 that they had developed an improved process, they spent 3 months with Friendship Metals testing the process on ever-increasing sample sizes. BD began their testing in late March or early April. Are you intimating that BD wrote a report before they began the work? As usual, you have conveniently mixed up your facts.
