USA could come under pressure here, because the efficiency of socialist health care systems can be easily documented because of central IT systems. We don't investigate, we just look up. This doesn't mean that the numbers are perfect or comparable, but if only one of two parties has an overwhelming amount of statistics, the other party has trouble arguing.

So it seems to be principles vs. statistics.
