According to the CDC's 2007 HIV rates per 100,000 people in the United States, the chance of a White person contracting HIV from a Black person is about 122 percent higher than a White person contracting HIV from another White person, assuming a racially-balanced distribution of potential partners and ignoring all other known risk factors.
