Maybe ....bell curve. BUT when the Nation is 11-13% Black, and our jails are peopled by 50% Black, then the bell curve doesn't apply does it. No, it is criminal behavior, and the mindset that says "We deserve to have what someone else has earned"...."even if we have to destroy it first." Looting and robbing, etc is a fairly new thing as well. When America had slaves, those slaves couldn't cause mayhem. When they were freed, and for a generation or maybe two afterwards, I could see why pent up anger might have taken over. A generation is 20-25 years. So two are 50 years. That "might" have taken it to 1915 at the MOST. 1915 was nearly 95 years ago, and at least 3 to 4 MORE generations from those early 1900's or a total of 5 or 6 generations from the Civil War. If the Bell Curve were to apply to the crimes committed, we should have NO MORE than 10-15% of the current Black population as criminals of one form or another. The people like those in the New Black Panthers who commit crimes are criminals. Period. No excuses. Another way to tell if this judgement is too harsh.....We should ask ourselves things like: "If white thugs were in the same uniforms as were the NBP at the polling places, and were saying the identical things, AND were carrying bats and batons and slapping these against their hands...." WOULD the Black people at the polling places had pressed charges on these thuggish and criminal Whites??? As they used to say in the 70's "You can bet your Sweet Bippie that would happen...."

It's a complicated thing, ... Some have gone from, "this is the first time I am proud of America", to hating America and whitey. They are unwilling to leave their hatred and move forward. If those Philadephia black panther clowns really wanted to be noticed in a positive manner and be a productive member of their race they would learn how to make a Cheese Steak sandwich and set up a color blind operation in South Philly. Naw.
