The S&P these days may prove to be a real steal at these levels. With such unprecedented volatility, I question whether the market has been able to adequately adjust the premium into the price. Though initially it looks high , I questioon if the price properly covers the writer's assumption on the volatility side here. I mean... we've never seen anything like this. 400 point swings a day? I don't think it does.

There is no model really to price these things with any certainty. What seems adequate today may be completely inept next week. So.
What's the syure fir formula for this? Answer.. there is none... the writer's of the stuff are sort of winging it as it where in hopes of building enough premium to cover their @sses .
I'm feeling is that this presents an real opportunity. I think we are in sort of uncharted territory here. Anyway.. I'm willing to throw 10K at it for a few weeks in the Dec's in hope of turning it into 250K.

Find out 3rd week in December. Maybe is the X-mas season isn't looking rosy for corporate. flop and drop. time will tell. Check out the premium /volitility aspect here though. you may want to reevaluate.

As per DDIM. Still hanging in there with my core 50%. Just because I lightened up doesn't mean I'm any less a bear than you more aggressive grizzly's :-)

Thought we'd get more action under $20.00. Hmmm. never know. maybe Monday!
