It was performed by a guy pretending to be Al Sharpton and written at the request of the Drugster, himself. It was racist from top to bottom, just like Rush Limbaugh.

The guy is Paul Shanklin it was a parody of Al Sharpton, and the black columnist David Ehrenstein. Al Sharpton disagrees with you and said the song was not racist. Here is his own comment about it:

"Limbaugh puts things in a way that he can’t be blamed for easy bigotry. Some of the songs he does about me just make me laugh. But he’s the most dangerous guy we have to deal with on the right".
