Some people can and will do things for themselves, Kenny......I have a 34 year old son that has cut his own hair for years and does a good job of it.

I suspect successfully crash landing planes is a little tougher than hair cutting.

Fugitives can get haircuts Kenneth and whenever they get a haircut it is fresh. Fugitives can do anything normal people can do until they are caught.
