Gibson may have said they control the banks. The details are hazy but I do distinctly recall him saying ( perhaps in a drunken rage) that the Jews were extremely powerful. I recall he was denounced harshly by the establishment for these sentiments.

That's not right. Gibson said the Jews controlled Broadway. All that dancing and singing and stuff. They control it. But he was all canned up, so he apologized later. They found dozens of Coors Light cans in the back seat. Go figure. A big star like that drinking Coors Light.
