Nailed it

Looking at many years of SEC filings regarding compensation bears this statement out for many companies.

My favorite is Phantom Stock awards

Does that mean the stock isn't real or just a figment of someones ghostly imagination, but alas just another way to obscure what the true compensation costs actually are.
