FF, i agree - the government is obviously corrupt and its interests are in fleecing the public for the benefit of its special interests. while i don't think this should be and i wish it weren't, i can evaluate EVIDENCE and it is clear what is going on. the government has enabled the current citizens to loot the from future citizens - and people just love stealing from others. they don't like to admit it, but that's what has happened and nobody has complained. now it is getting along time to pay the piper. it does seem that when Big Brother gets involved, things go bad - very bad. medical care, higher education, housing, katrina, social security, medicare, war mongering... that argument has some very valid evidence to support it - no doubt.
