OH yes, I had forgotten about the reset crunch in housing this summer and next summer. That'll be a doozy considering none of the problems that stemmed from the resets in 2007-8 have yet been addressed and won't be addressed by the FinReg package. My guess is everyone will think the FinReg will prevent the pain when the next resets come and will be largely surprised when it doesn't. The GOP guts the bills and the Dems declare victory with palliatives. What a joke the whole of Congress is.
