Forbes fearing inflation during a period of excessive debt to income in as misguided as Herbert Hoover was.

The debt liquidation is already in progress and cannot be reversed.

Some costs, like local taxes, will rise as reduced revenues will need to be offset with higher tax rates and reduced services. This is not inflation, and to claim otherwise is disingenuous or merely ignorant.
