At this price, $24/share, you're getting Cascade for nothing, condiering the cash on hand. Mark, It is amazing: 1. Cascade for nothing. 2. Market leader in RAS, etc., in hot internet industry selling at 3.8 times sales. 3. A company that already has stated it will meet 4Q estimates and that already has stated it will grow sequentially, quarter by quarter, at an annualized rate of at least 33% (5%, 5%, 10%, 10%), is selling at perhaps 2.8 to 3 times 1998 sales. 4. A company that in a horrible quarter earned close to $40MM. 5. A company with a market cap of 9 times cash on hand. 6. A company that will probably be acquired (would anyone say that "buyout" valuation is included in the stock now?). All for $24 1/8 per share. Gary Korn
