Vincent, maybe you worked with your DX2-66 for too long :o). Why don't you use their web ordering system (I don't like GTW's sales staffs, it seems to me that they earn their living by comission only). FYI a G5-166 package without monitor is $1274. You cannot delete the printer but you can substitute it with Premium Gold Service which worth $99. The guy at GW2k may quoted you the price including shipping, obviously he didn't know what he was talking about. Here is the link gw2k.com aC
