American stimulus spending has indeed provided the Chinese economy with a temporary boost, as demonstrated by increased shipping container imports loaded with crap.

China has plenty of foreign currency reserves they can use to stimulate their own economy by purchasing exports from America, Europe and other nations.

We do not need additional stimulus funding for the Chinese economy.

We do need to provide jobs for unemployed Americans so they can purchase food for their family. If these need to be WPA-style jobs, that's what needs to happen.

I'm skeptical that any kind of government tax credit or incentive could provide real jobs in the private sector at a time when spending is quickly declining and demand is collapsing.
